Print Lab

The Print Lab, located in room 211 of Wey Hall, is a color and large-format print lab available to students taking classes in the art department. At this time, we are only accepting AppCards as a form of payment. While we are often able to have your print ready the day that the request is made, please allow for a 24-hour turnaround time. This turnaround time does not include days when the print lab is closed.

For best results, please provide files in one of these formats: PDF, flattened Photoshop, flattened Illustrator or packaged InDesign folder. The file name should also be unique and will preferably contain your name. Please ask for assistance for other file types, as they may or may not be supported in the lab. The file sizes should be at least 300 dpi/ppi and should be viewed at 100% prior to printing. You may also want to view the gamut warning to view out-of-gamut colors.

Paper types available in the print lab

Large-Format printing
$0.03 per square inch
3 x 5" test print $0.25 each
Small-Format printing
$1.00 per 8.5 x 11" sheet
$2.00 per 11 x 17" sheet

Hours of Operation

Print lab hours will change each semester. Hours may also change in the event of severe weather or other unforeseeable events.
